ClikMadi users may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email from your registered email address to:

Please mention your registered email address and clearly request account deletion.

Deletion Process

Upon successful verification, your ClikMadi account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 to 14 days.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained where required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

Important Notice

Once the deletion process is completed, the account and deleted data cannot be recovered.
